Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and looked new with essential amenities like a kitchen, fridge, and TV channels, but they were quite loud and had a nasty smell. The service was very helpful in trying to resolve issues, although it was not particularly helpful for specific needs. The location was convenient for my job and shopping but was just okay overall. The dining options were limited, more like a coffee break room than a proper dining area. The facilities were decent, but there were some drawbacks.
I found the hotel to be quite disappointing overall. The room was dirty and infested with ants, and the atmosphere felt more like a break room than a guest room. On the upside, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. However, the dining options were lackluster and the facilities left much to be desired.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were a perfect size for a family of three, but unfortunately, they were dirty with a weird smell lingering, and some dish and utensils were missing. The service, on one hand, was amazing and friendly, but there were instances where I felt staff were not available for a long time at check-in or turned a bit defensive when I had concerns about my reservation and pricing. The location was fantastic, right by the 101 with easy access throughout the peninsula, making it great for an extended stay, despite a few eating options within walking distance. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options, and the facilities were basic.
